Guidelines:

Please make sure you are laying down in a safe space for this breathwork. No sharp objects or corners near you. No possibility of falling off what you are laying on. Be sure to include in the space anything that brings you love and support, ie crystals, photos, things if the sort.

Make sure you have water, eye mask and pen/paper.
