Breathwork has been used for centuries as a tool for healing and transformation. Jill uses many different breathing techniques depending on each persons needs. Most of her breathing techniques follow Stan Grof, who created Holotropic Breathwork, now called Grof Breathwork.

the process
These breathing techniques allow you to access your subconscious and go into even deeper realms within yourself. Music, verbal therapy, scents, tuning forks and bodywork may be incorporated. Together we channel your Soul and give it space to “speak” to you, to show you what you’re holding onto from the past that is affecting your present life and not allowing you to live the life you’re truly meant for.
guidance from within
You will receive guidance from your Soul on how to reconnect with your true self. You will receive guidance from your Soul on things holding you back or troubling you in your present life. In this state you may experience past memories and emotions coming up. You can choose to let go of old patterns, habits or beliefs. From this mental, physical and spiritual health strengthens. You will become more aware and aligned with your True Self likewise True Purpose.
the sessions
Sessions are encouraged to be one on one and done in the comfort of your home or chosen home during healing. Breathwork sessions can also be done virtually. Generally lasting two hours. It is highly recommended to have the rest of the day to reflect with no interruptions. Integration therapy is very important in working through what comes up.
